- [Translating/Interpreting]

• Interpretation between Japanese and Khmer when VIPs and top management of the company visiting their company
• Interpreting at meetings between Cambodian government officials and other management team (occur several times a month ~ once every few months at least)

-[HR/Admin]

• Collaborate with management team to craft the company's vision and mission
• Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.)
• Decide and act on initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity etc.
• Assume responsibility of labor and employee relations
• Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices Analyze the effectiveness of HR / Admin operations and policies
• Other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement

• Able to speak and write Japanese N1 or at least Advanced level
• Able to work in PPSEZ
• Able to speak and read English at least Good level as well
• Can go to Japan for several months to 1 year to train and understand their company's situation
• Have high responsibility and detail-oriented personality
• Good at communication with elderly management level people
• Working experience in Japanese company more than 3 years and not a job hopper.

-Priority

• Have N1 certificate
• Working experience in a Japanese factory in a similar role
• Working in JP translating/GA field more than 5 years
• Studying abroad in Japan.
