Job Description

1. Analyze the company's overall operational processes to identify areas where RPA can be implemented

2. Collaborate with superiors to share insights, and implement automation strategies for greater business efficiency

3. Evaluate existing workflows and recommend automation solutions to streamline operations

4. Continue to make efforts to actively acquire knowledge of RPA

5. Support the transition from manual processes to automated systems (digital data management)

6. Work with departments to gather ideas, identify pain points, and address repetitive, time-consuming tasks

7. Promote RPA internally by training and educating staff on its benefits and application

8. RPA implementation (Design, develop, and deploy RPA workflow)

9. Configure RPA tools to integrate with existing systems

10. Test and debug RPA workflow to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability

11. Work closely with IT, operations, and management teams to align RPA initiatives with business goals

12. Ensure a smooth transition by providing training and support to employees during the change process

13. Ensure all RPA implementations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and data security standards

14. Work and handle with other software tools that can digitalize the company's future

Job Requirement

1. Assist in day-to-day some administration tasks and operations within the GA Section

2. Provide technologies consulting/support and digital solutions within the GA Section and other sections

3. Perform other duties as assigned by his Immediate Manager
