Job Description

  • Work closely with building maintenance management technicians, contractors, and staff to respond to maintenance requests for clogged drains, leaking vents, or damaged walls, etc.
  • Check and fix MEP tasks or any appliance systems that can be managed based on your capability and knowledge.
  • Support technical and maintenance scope of work at branches.
  • Perform quality checks on audio sound systems in training rooms and handle events by PCLA staff to ensure all systems are functioning well before sessions and events start.
  • Check and respond to security and safety issues.
  • Coordinate deliveries from vendors and suppliers.
  • Keep documents/reports of inspections and problems.
  • Check and control the actual stock and inventory at the warehouse and storage on-site.
  • Provide weekly/monthly maintenance and repair reports to stakeholders (such as line managers or others if required).
  • Check and manage the access control system, access cards, locker cards, and export reports for HQ and branches.
  • Ensure all CCTVs work well and are recording properly for HQ and branches.
  • Standby at nighttime and weekends with contractors when required.
  • Perform other tasks as required by training staff and event organizers related to the field.
  • Perform other tasks required by the line manager.

Job Requirement

Experience/Skill:

  • Graduation in related fields. 
  • At least 1 year of experience in the related field (such as electrical system, audio 7 sound system, network/power port and carpentry work related.
  • Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues.
  • Communication and Inter-personal Skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.

  • Ability to interact with business users in a professional manner
  • Being good at listening skills, teamwork and demonstrates intellectual curiosity.
