Job Description

  • Post job announcement and interview shortlisted candidates; 
  • Arrange and schedule for employees’ recruitment interview;
  • Contact candidates through Email and/or phone call for the interview; 
  • Follow up the proper completion of paperwork on the newly recruited employee; 
  • Prepare the employment contract and other legal contracts in order to be used in schools;
  • Assist in preparation for new employee orientations; 
  • Ensure that employees follow organization’s policies and procedures; 
  • Assist in the renewal of employment contract; 
  • Create job descriptions for each position;
  • Assist Human Resources Manager with administration tasks;
  • Deal with HR and Admin problems; 
  • Conduct the employment evaluation. 

Job Requirement

  • Have at least Bachelor’s Degree in related field;
  • Have at least two-year experiences in general administration or human resources; 
  • Experienced in working with International School is a plus;
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing;
  • Professional appearance;
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills, and multitasking; 
  • High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic
  • Honest and effective time management skills; 
  • Ability to retain confidential information;
  • Fast learner and desire to achieve set goals.
