Job Description

To manage all operational transportation activities of import and export shipment as well as the coordination of third-party transport service provider and clearance agent.

- Manage the cross-border operation, documentation to assure the smooth shipment handling.
- Co-ordinate with the Customer and oversea agent

- Manage the performance of suppliers to achieve the operation KPIs.

- Communicate with customs clearance operation if any concerns regarding the importing and export cargoes via cross border.

- Create a Presentation Material and flow chart for cross border and clearance operation

- Setting up the hold monthly meeting with customer.

- Respond to general inquiry about import and export - Meeting with Customer

- Recording and keeping all transaction and necessary documents for auditing purpose

- Response the order and booking from customer by email 

Trucking Supervising
- Control Trucking arrangement
- Negotiate the rate from suppliers to assure the business profit
- Record and keeping, EIR, and Detention control

- To follow up closely on the truck arrangement and take necessary actions to prevent from late delivery.

- To assist in making, reviewing, and updating all transportation reports, processes, and work instructions.

- To work closely and effectively with third party transport service provider to ensure the availability of their trucks to fulfill our required. 

- To go field for visit and check the delivery place

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s degree In field 

- Can read/write English well.

- Experiences: at least two years experiences in IFF.

- Skills: good communication,

- Commitment person

- Flexible person, and time management 

- Can work under pressor.
