Job Description
Ensure the efficient and smooth running of the kitchen
•Maintain standard and SOP for all foods•Daily checking for quality and recipe for foods
•Creating new menus for monthly
•Make sure all foods are being prepared to the correct recipe and quantity
•Undertake induction training for all new staff in the department
•Control hygiene to comply with company target
•Actively food sell sand display techniques product ensuring that space is utilized to its best advantage and to maximize departmental profit.
•Other duties will be assigned by Management
Job Requirement
University Degree or arecognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
•Working similar experiences at least 2years
.•Knowledge of food theory and preparation
•Be able to calculate cost for new items•Good knowledge of Khmer and English in Speaking and Writing
•Basic Microsoft Office
•Good communication and interpersonal skill.
•Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.
