Job Description
- Provides client support services, including: meeting with client to discuss and document performance; assisting the client identify solutions to relocation program.
- Provides client support services by answering telephone calls and E-mail in Japanese/English.
- Willing to participate in the business development process, as needed
- Staff management experience such as provides management and leadership to the staff offering support and guidance as appropriate.
Job Requirement
- Japanese/English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
- Basic knowledge and skill in using Microsoft Office.
- Flexible manner and ability to work under high pressure.
- Knowledge in Freight Forwarding/Logistic is preferable.
- Flexible mind, willing to learn new thing and adapt to international working environment.
Working Place: Phnom Penh
Probation Period: 3 Months
Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:30PM
Working Day: Monday to Saturday (Half day)
Holiday: Sunday and National Holiday
