Job Description

  • The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales department towards achieving targeted sales goals and expanding the customer base. 
  • This role involves developing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Lead the sales department to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Identify and seek new business opportunities in both existing and new markets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide training and support to the sales members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and regulations.

Job Requirement

  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive sales growth and team performance.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in a Logistic industry)
  • Strong understanding of the company’s products/services
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills 
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
