Job Description
Maintain and develop positive business, customer's relationship and satisfaction
Seeking new customers by Sales call, researching in all connections and network
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments including oversea agents
Preparing the quotation for existing and new customers for air, sea, cross border and related services
Negotiate with suppliers, shipping lines, airlines, suppliers and all related parties about pricing
Update monthly report every month in timely manner
Generate all new opportunities and close in Customer Relation Management System (CRM)
Keep follow up and solve the customer's complaint
Ensure all customers are satisfied with our services Create/Update customer opportunities in CRM System Other tasks to be assigned by manager/management
Ensure smooth operation by working with all replated departments
Working on report with customers if required
Following up the payment with customers if required
Other tasks to be assigned by manager/management
Job Requirement
-At least 2-year experiences in Sales for logistics industry.
- Must have experience some of import or export by Air, Ocean, and Truck.
- Good communication and behavior
- Fluent and good skill in writing and reading in English
-Computer skill for MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
