- Own supplier channel strategy, partner acquisition and revenue generated from the channel.
- Lead, empower, and mobilize a team of partner sales managers.
- Manage the facilitation of joint selling between channel partners and direct sales team.
- Assist in the development of short-, medium-, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to build mindshare and influence adoption across OnShift's portfolio of strategic business partners with SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC in Cambodia & Oversea.
- Evaluate current product and recommend enhancements necessary to scale the channel.
- Monitor and guide team performance to goals while inspiring success.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
- Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.
- Drive campaign activity in partnership with marketing and industry sellers.
- Work closely with the credit, operations, and technology teams to provide partner feedback to improve our product offering and customer experience and Supply Chain Department head.
- Monitor sales and analyze performance trends to identify issues and opportunities.
- Drive relationships within partner organizations at all levels and role profiles.
- Collaborate internally, as well as engage strategically, with external stakeholders to acquire new clients.
- Build strong business relationships with key customers and ensures a link between company objectives and customer & Vendors objectives.
- Understand the market dynamics and industry-specific trends and landscapes to bring new insights and solutions to grow sustainable business results in Retails / Whole Sales / Projects
- Channel Strategy & Development - Design and implement channel sales strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. - - Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to strengthen distribution networks. Develop programs and incentives to maximize partner engagement and performance a crossed with Subsidiary Companies.
- Partner Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners. - - Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Negotiate agreements and contracts to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Sales Planning & Forecasting - Prepare channel sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. - - Monitor partner sales pipelines and ensure accurate reporting of results. Track KPIs such as partner revenue contribution, market coverage, and deal closure rates.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration - Lead and mentor the channel sales team to achieve targets and strengthen partner support. -- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to develop partner-focused campaigns and solutions. Provide training and guidance to partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Market Expansion & Business Growth - Identify new market opportunities through channel partnerships. - - Drive initiatives to increase product penetration and market share via indirect sales. Support partners in closing high-value deals and expanding into new territories.
