Job Description

・Manage the overall QA/QC department, including daily operations, staff supervision, and manpower allocation in accordance with company regulations.

・Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the QA/QC department.

・Handle customer quality requirements and external audits.

・Work closely with the Department Manager and Japanese management to prepare for IATF 16949 certification.

Additional Control:

The company is a Japanese manufacturing company scheduled to restart operations in February 2027.

In preparation for the restart, the company will establish and improve its quality management system to obtain IATF 16949 certification.

In addition to regular QA/QC duties, this position will play an important role in preparing for IATF 16949 certification together

with the Department Manager and Japanese management.

Job Requirement

・Must have experience in implementing or maintaining IATF 16949 in the automotive industry, or ISO 9001 in the manufacturing industry.

・Must have sufficient English communication skills to give work instructions to staff. *Thai language skills are an advantage.

・Candidates with management experience in QA/QC will be given preference.

*Management experience is not mandatory.
