Job Description

・Manage overall production operations, including manpower allocation, productivity, quality, and daily production activities.

・Lead and train production staff to ensure compliance with work standards, quality requirements, and company regulations.

・Support customer and external audits related to production operations.

・Work with related departments and Japanese management to prepare production processes and documentation for IATF 16949 certification.

・Establish and improve production processes and procedures in accordance with the company’s QMS.

Additional Control:

The company is a Japanese manufacturing company scheduled to restart operations in February 2027.

In preparation for the restart, the company will establish and improve its quality management system to obtain IATF 16949 certification.

In addition to regular Production duties, this position will play an important role in preparing for IATF 16949 certification together

with the Department Manager and Japanese management.

Job Requirement

・Experience with IATF 16949 in the automotive industry or ISO 9001 in the manufacturing industry, including implementation, operation, audit support, or related training.

・Sufficient English communication skills to give work instructions to staff. Thai language skills are an advantage.

・Management or supervisory experience in a Production department is preferred.

*Candidates without Manager-level experience may also apply if they have relevant IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 experience and

sufficient English communication skills (Thai is A plus).
