Job Description

・Manage overall production control activities, including production planning, scheduling, inventory coordination, and delivery control.

・Establish and improve production control procedures in accordance with the company’s QMS.

・Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery operations.

・Prepare and maintain necessary records and documentation and support customer and external audits.

・Work with related departments and Japanese management to establish production control processes required for IATF 16949 certification.

Additional Information:

The company is a Japanese manufacturing company scheduled to restart operations in February 2027.

In preparation for the restart, the company will establish and improve its quality management system to obtain IATF 16949 certification.

In addition to regular Production Control duties, this position will play an important role in preparing for IATF 16949 certification together

with the Department Manager and Japanese management.

Job Requirement

・Experience with IATF 16949 in the automotive industry or ISO 9001 in the manufacturing industry, including implementation, operation, audit support, or related training.

・Sufficient English communication skills to give work instructions and coordinate with related departments. Thai language skills are an advantage.

・Management or supervisory experience in Production Control is preferred.

sufficient English communication skills (Thai is A Plus).
