Job Description

・Manage overall Purchasing and Sales activities, including supplier coordination, purchasing operations, customer communication, and commercial activities.

・Establish and improve Purchasing and Sales procedures in accordance with the company’s QMS.

・Manage customer requirements and supplier-related requirements and ensure proper communication with relevant internal departments.

・Prepare necessary records and documentation and support customer and external audits related to Purchasing and Sales.

・Work with related departments and Japanese management to establish Purchasing and Sales processes required for IATF 16949 certification.

Additional Information:

The company is a Japanese manufacturing company scheduled to restart operations in February 2027.

In preparation for the restart, the company will establish and improve its quality management system to obtain IATF 16949 certification.

In addition to regular PU/Sales duties, this position will play an important role in preparing for IATF 16949 certification together

with the Department Manager and Japanese management.

Job Requirement

・Experience working with IATF 16949 in the automotive industry or ISO 9001 in the manufacturing industry.

・Experience may include QMS-related operations, audit support, customer/supplier requirements, or related training.

・Sufficient English communication skills to give work instructions and communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

・Management or supervisory experience in Purchasing and/or Sales is preferred.

*Candidates without Manager-level experience may also apply if they have relevant IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 experience and

sufficient English communication skills (Thai is A Plus).
