Job Description
Manage and monitor the quality of products manufactured by subcontracted factories in Cambodia.
・Visit subcontracted factories to ensure that production processes, inspection procedures, and quality control systems comply with the company’s standards and regulations.
・Discuss quality issues with factory representatives and work together on corrective actions and improvements.
・Inspect raw materials and product samples to ensure they meet required quality standards.
・Manage quality-related data and prepare reports for Cambodian and Japanese managers.
・Perform other duties related to quality control and quality assurance.
*The company works with several subcontracted factories located in Phnom Penh and Bavet, mainly producing apparel products.
The position requires factory visits approximately 3 days per week to conduct the above quality control activities.
For business trips to Bavet, a company vehicle will be provided.Accommodation expenses will be covered separately from the business trip allowance.
Job Requirement
・Experience in Quality Control (QC) in the apparel manufacturing industry.
・Proficiency in Chinese, including speaking, reading, and writing.
・Ability to use English for internal communication and email correspondence.
*Candidates with QC experience in other manufacturing industries may also be considered.
・Able to express opinions clearly, directly, and logically.
・Proactive in communicating and collaborating with others.
English-Intermediate
Japanese is A plus
Chinese-Advanced (HSK 4 Up)
