Job Description

・Coordinate with subcontracted factories regarding production schedules, delivery dates, and order requirements.

・Monitor production progress and ensure that products are completed and delivered on schedule.

・Communicate and negotiate with factory representatives regarding delivery schedules, production issues, and other order-related matters.

・Follow up with factories and take necessary action when production delays or other issues occur.

・Coordinate with internal teams and factories to ensure smooth production and delivery.

・Manage and update production schedules, order status, and related documentation.

・Perform other duties related to merchandising and production coordination.

*The company works with several subcontracted factories located in Phnom Penh and Bavet, mainly producing apparel products.

The position requires factory visits approximately 3 days per week to conduct the above quality control activities.

For business trips to Bavet, a company vehicle will be provided. Accommodation expenses will be covered separately from the business trip allowance.

Job Requirement

・Experience in Merchandiser in the apparel manufacturing industry.

・Proficiency in Chinese, including speaking, reading, and writing.

・Ability to use English for internal communication and email correspondence.

*Candidates with Merchandiser experience in other manufacturing industries may also be considered.

・Able to express opinions clearly, directly, and logically.

・Proactive in communicating and collaborating with others.

English-Intermediate

Japanese is A plus

Chinese-Advanced (HSK 4 Up)
