Job Description
• Handle daily air import/export operations, documentation, and shipment coordination.
• Communicate with airlines, customers, vendors, and overseas agents.
• Prepare MAWB/HAWB, billing, and operational reports.
• Ensure timely pickup, delivery, and shipment status updates.
• Follow company SOPs and ensure accurate data entry.
Job Requirement
• Minimum 1–2+ years experience in Air Freight forwarding (Import/Export).
• Good communication & teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of customs clearance, documentation, and airline procedures.
• Able to work in fast-paced and time-sensitive situations.
