Job Description
1.Receptionist role:
- Welcome, assist, and direct visitors, clients, guests, and job candidates in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage the company lobby and reception area to ensure it remains safe, clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail distribution and ensure all mail is delivered accurately to the intended recipients.
.2.Administrative Support Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative support for all office floors at Chip Mong Tower, including the following responsibilities:
- Manage daily office cleanliness and scheduled deep cleaning across all office areas to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable working environment.
- Coordinate monthly general pest control services for the office.
- Monitor, maintain, and request pantry supplies to support daily office operations.
- Manage training room reservations and coordinate room or event venue arrangements as required.
- Monitor, maintain, and request stationery and printing supplies, including paper, toner, pens, and other office materials.
- Monitor, analyze, and prepare monthly reports on stationery requisitions, printing supplies usage, and room booking activities.
- Support the line manager in updating the monthly DEFRA report to ensure readiness for quarterly ESG Group reporting.
Report maintenance and repair issues, including malfunctioning furniture, lighting problems, leaks, and other
- facility concerns, to the PCLA Property Maintenance team.
- Support fixed asset counting, tagging, condition checking, and location verification when required.
- Perform other duties and administrative tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirement
Experience/Skill:
Bachelor’s degree
- Good, verbal communication, listening professionalism, customer focus, informing others, handles pressure and supply management,
- Good at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good English Speaking/Writing skill is preferable.
Knowledge:
- Positive attitude and accuracy of work
- Strong communication and data analytical skills.
- Willing to work under pressure
- Very energetic and passionate about learning new things
- Ensures timeliness, accuracy of report submitted to stakeholders
- Meet all the deadlines and requirements of individual/ team assignments and projects
