Job Description
Job Summary: This position is responsible for performing key Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities and assisting the Senior Risk and Compliance Manager in managing financial and operational risks of the company via Risk Management Framework and risk appetite to be consistent with Group's policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: Governance •Maintain risk management framework (RMF) and risk appetite to be consistent with group’s RMF by supporting the Senior Risk and Compliance Manager toward the effectiveness of the implementation of relevant risk management policies and standards; •Facilitate quarterly risk committee (RMC) meetings and prepare the underlying RMC packs, minutes and records; •Support the Senior Risk and Compliance Manager in the preparation of financial and operational risk dashboards on monthly and quarterly basis for reporting to Group Risk Management; •Collect risk management information and conduct financial and operational risk analysis; •Coordinate the preparation of relevant activity approval & monitoring process (AAMPs) (e.g. Investment and Products); •Coordinate the updating of policies and standards of all functions across the company. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) •Conduct financial risk assessment - quarterly stress tests; •Conduct operational risk assessment - quarterly assessment and monthly internal incidents reporting; •Conduct investment risk - credit risk assessment and investment Limits; •Help establish and monitor key risk indicators across all functions. Assist and support •Assist and support the Senior Risk and Compliance Manager in providing risk management advice and support key business activities such as key initiatives/ projects, product development, investment, etc; •Assist and support the Senior Risk and Compliance Manager in providing ERM training to senior management, risk owners and risk champions; •Perform other duties as assigned. |
