Job Description

 Brief Description 
Responsible for the management and profitable operation of company business units, This is achieved by maintaining good relations with customers, providing quality service, and delivering improved, support while adhering to company profitability, expectations oversee and manage all activities of Head office PNH and Site at Road Number 3 as well as project at Sihanoukville, activities include all depot, equipment and truck operations.

Key Result Areas 
• Identify Operational Areas for Cost Saving Initiatives 
• Ensure all Finance matters are accurately and timely reported and follow-thru. P&L reporting & commentary is necessary on monthly basis. 
• Provide Guidance to all staffs for correct working attitude and ensure all JD & KPIs are up to date and signed.
• Lead operation work and team to achieve key objectives of services and operational excellence to reach customer’s satisfaction.
• Minimize operation cost while increase productivity.
• Continuous working with team, P&L analysis, to further develop and elevate Company’s Performances
• Identify and provide directions to Sales team to meet & Exceed Budget

• Lead operation work and team with tactical plan by concentrating on customer’s satisfaction, productivity and efficiency.
• Proactively utilize DPM to analysis and improve processes and especially for new business.
• Improve operating skills of the staffs
• Support employee’s communication.
• Coordinate operating activities between depot, office and project site.
• Cost containment through processes and operating improvement by emphasizing on DPM and service integrity and quality.
• Manage and effectively control operational expenses.
• Equipment management and control.
• Work closely with CEO.
• Periodic (initially monthly) checks on all 3rd party billings
• Understand and Create SOPs/Procedures for all activities/operations
• Provide Weekly & Monthly Marketing Reports
• Ensure all Staffs’ report and daily works are done correctly and timely.
• Establishing record filing procedures.
• Provide honest review of staff performance periodically and recommend actions (Encouraging or Discouraging)
• As main contact between Depot Main Office and Site.
• Any Other Job or Function assigned by Management (As & when)

Job Requirement

 

• Minimum 5 years in a similar industry as Trucking/ import export service
• Tertiary or relevant qualifications.
• Well-developed sales and commercial skills.
• Sound financial understanding of P&L drivers.
• Ability to represent the company at a senior level.
• Ability to pursue new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Good communication/presentation skills both oral and written.
• Management skills to coach and develop direct reports and drive change.
