Job Description

	• Work closely and lead development with equipment suppliers to deliver custom processing solutions to achieve goals and objectives. • Support Project Director in machine installation, operation strategy, and technical works. • Ensure efficient operational performance of steel plant machinery with maximum running time, minimum downtime, lowest possible cost, and modification / adaptation (if required). • Efficiently lead, plan workforce and manage team of engineers and monitor operation process with continuous and systematic learning for problem solving using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies in steel plant. • Provide electrical and technical support in production line to achieve production/performance targets. • Investigate, develop, and consult both new steel grades and existing products based on sound material design principles for flat rolled and/or tubular markets to conform with company and government rules and regulations. • Ensure good manufacturing practices and standardize (ISO Quality and Environmental Management systems) by maintaining, reviewing and implementing excellent housekeeping, safety, and production procedures (SOP) and work instructions. • Prevent the occurrent of non-conformed product by analyzing reports and identifying product quality problems and taking initiatives of suitable actions. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

	• Practical experiences in health and safety at work, engineering projects management, planned maintenance and especially mechanic and electrical automation (CAD/PLC/BIM/SQM Programs). • Experience and knowledge of aluminum rolling and finishing operations • Knowledge on Six Sigma and 5S are a plus • Good leadership and communication skills • Strong interpersonal and team management skills • Masterpiece on coaching and training skills to enhance team members’ skill and professional knowledge on GI • Strong organizational and planning skills • Good customer service (inter-departments) initiative, flexible, creative, enthusiastic • Ability to work under pressure • Sense of urgency • Friendly personality with methodological experience. • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts and standby on emergency calls What we offer: We offer attractive remuneration and other benefits including free meals, seniority payment, performance bonuses, and insurance, etc. with excellent career development opportunities.
