Job Description
| • To operate, check, control and improve all packaged products produced in his/her machines/ areas to meet a set of targets in relation to quality, quantity & productivity. • To check, control and improve all packaging losses in his/her machines/ areas such as packaging materials losses, unplanned downtime losses, cleaning & chemical losses and also the energy losses(water, electricity & thermal),…etc. • To use /apply correctly all procedures, processes and work instruction related to Safety, LOTO, Quality & Operational,…etc. on his/her machines or working areas. • To develop and execute CILTs standards (OTIF) in his/her machines/ areas. Also check the cleanliness of the floors,…etc. by Contract workers. • To check and keep his/her machines/ or working areas to meet the HOC/Safety standard set in packaging lines/ areas. • To check and control the packaging materials consumption at his / her machines (Glues, Chemical, Inks,…etc.) and make sure its availability at the using points. • To participate in AM/5S teams in packaging lines to make sure that team is on time in full (OTIF) closing. |
