Job Description

	- Oversee the day-to-day of tour operation and sale performance - Supervise trains and coordinate work in Tour Operation & Sale with HR department. - Develops initiatives to build sales, profitability and guest counts - Develops operational procedures suitable for the operations. - Maintains and implements standards of quality and good servicer to customer - Utilizes leadership and motivation to maximize employee productivity - Ensures that company operates efficiently and effectively within brand’s operational guidelines. - Conducts weekly and monthly meetings with all managers and supervisors. - Conducts Operations Audit, Assessments, present action plan to rectify and substandard practice in each department. - Conducts quarterly & yearly employee evaluations. - Performs other duties assigned by superior

Job Requirement
