Job Description

 - BUDGET USD1500-USD1800
- WORK LOCATION VKirirom Resort (Kirirom National Park)

MAIN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Fully responsible for the overall management of the operation of the resort including: F&B, FO, Group customer, housekeeping, security and public relations.
2. Deal effectively with customers, staff to keeping resort running smoothly.
3. Commercial awareness and can build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
4. Preparation of the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
5. Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of resort running.
6. Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, Customer feedbacks / and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues. 
7. Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks. 
8. Monitor the purchase of each department, 
9. Randomly inspecting the stores (F & B / Kitchen) to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels, expiry etc) with the F & B Manager & Chef.
10. Inspecting all department with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
11. Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
12. Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
13. Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.
14. Be on available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on emergencies.
15. Any other duties assigned my management

Education and Experiences:
• Bachelor Degree Hospitality or in related field
• At least 4years experiences of related positions in management level 
• Computer Skills (Ms. Word & Excel, Internet, e-mail….) and Management System.
