Job Description
| 1. Perform installation, maintenance, inspection and check, repair, and monitoring the daily running and changeover as schedule of molding process to ensure production line run smoothly. 2. Perform the preventive maintenance, repairing on lubrication, pneumatic devices, plumbing, heating, low-voltage electrical systems as schedule to restore basic condition of blow mold machine. 3. Perform and investigate Root Cause Failure Analysis by following the operation manual and troubleshooting of blow mold machine to ensure the production run smoothly with high productivity and with Occupational Health and Safety manner. 4. Implement the sustainability in the actual practice of ISO (QMS, FSMS, EMS), GMP and HACCP to achieve highest quality and food safety in the molding process. 5. Complete documentation of machine operation to keep tracking the blow mold machine performance. 6. Other job will be assigned from time to time. |
Job Requirement
1 University degree in technical engineering or equivalent
2 At least 1-year experience or equivalent in the manufacturing
3 Working knowledge of ISO, GMP and HACCP in a manufacturing environment.
4 Competencies in computer and Microsoft offices skills
5 Be able to communicate in English (writing, listening, speaking).
