Job Description
| Conduct training in the area selling skills, licensing, product knowledge, and other associated skillset for the agency’s life planners (LPs) Manage onsite training responsibilities, including scheduling, prepping facilities, duplicating materials, tracking attendance, tracking participant progress, cerfitication, and so on Take part in review and development of training design and delivery to ensure robust training quality and align with the company’s design structure and training philosophy Coordinate managerial aspects of training from logistics and report tracking to governance enforcement Monitor training effectiveness, give feedback to the training team in order to improve training delivery Act as a mentor for LPs in development stages of their competence Build and strengthen rapport with agency force through routine and regular contact in order to communicate standards and expectation |
Job Requirement
A Bachelor Degree in related field
At least 3-5 of experience in the areas of training, coaching, instructional design, curriculum development, management and/or other related field
Knowledge of banking/life insurance industry would be an advantage
Strong in verbal and written communication and good command of English
Outstanding people skills and ability to work with difficult people
Able to learn and adapt quickly in a challenging environment
