Job Description

 - Be responsible for teaching kindergarten students ranging 
from 2 to 6 years old or primary students ranging from 7 
to 12 years old
- Be responsible for implementing Cambridge and IEYC/IPC 
curriculum effectively
- Evaluate and maintains complete and accurate records 
regarding students' academic progress and physical, social 
and emotional growth, and communicates with parents on the 
individual students
- Plan and evaluate daily lessons that are appropriate to 
students’ aptitude and interest
- Provide clear instruction, organization and effective 
management in the classroom
- Supervise students in the classroom in a respectful and 
positive manner
- Be responsible for creating a safe and tranquil learning 
environment.
- Adhere to all BLIS systems, protocols and policies
- Initiate, plan and participate in parent conferences and 
other BLIS events

Job Requirement

 

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in TEFL or TESOL or certificate of
pedagogy in teaching, preferably in teaching kid or young
learners
- Native speaker is preferable
- At least 2 years teaching experience in teaching
kindergarten or primary for both native and non-native
speakers.
- Ability to create a nurturing classroom environment that
meet learners’ needs
- Be able to conduct sharing sessions about teaching
methodology, professional development or teacher’s
training
- Comply with school policies
