Job Description
| I. Duties and Responsibilities a. Quality of Students: • English Speaking Environment • Learning Outcome • Student Discipline & Morality, Attendance & Tardiness, Safety b. Quality of Teaching: • Lesson plan in accordance with ELT curriculum and materials • Classroom management Physical environment of the classroom Positive classroom learning • Student assessment (homework, quizzes, midterm & final test attendance, and result ) c. Other duties: • Participate and cooperate with school events • Comply with all aspect of standard operating procedures manual • Attend all meetings and professional development training required by the organization • Cooperate well with other departments and ELT Campuses.
