Job Description
| • Preparation of the monthly expense reports commentaries to management and regional office, actively participate in the implementation of expense policies and involve in various initiatives to streamline the end-to-end expense process • Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual expense performance dashboards and reports for our management team and internal stakeholders. • Preparation of Annual Forecasts, Monthly / Expense forecasts. This includes supporting the joint planning processes with all functions for the annual budgeting exercise • Ad hoc duties relating to expense performance analysis |
Job Requirement
• University graduated, major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance
• Experience in finance, accounting, reporting, l or equivalents is desired
• Familiarize with some applications i.e. Software proficiency (Excel, Access, Sun System, etc.)
• Has a strong ability to apply logical and critical thinking to resolve problems
• Propensity to plan strategically yet be able to adapt quickly to reality
• Strong analytical skills, numerical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with all levels of the organization
• Excellent spoken and written English
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences is desired
