Job Description
Job Description: 1. Monitor daily cash and prepare daily cash report; 2. Prepare monthly reconciliation (cash count, bank…etc.); 3. Prepare payment voucher, sales receipt, and journal voucher; 4. Deliver invoice and collect payment from customers; 5. Prepare the tax document 6. In charge of daily office work and supplies purchase; 7. Other ad hoc tasks assigned. Requirements: 1. With 1-2 years working experience for related role; 2. Good communication skills; 3. Detailed oriented, meticulous, self-motivated; 4. Fluent in either English or Chinese. |
