Job Description

_ Participate in the implementation of the Current Segmentation Model through monthly data extraction, preparation and scoring as well generating monitoring reports for this model
_ Support the team in building additional models that further help generate insights on the customers : either for marketing/sales purpose (with a focus on cross selling and digital channels) or for credit purpose (credit scoring to expedite loan approval)
_ Develop monitoring tools and reports to help improve the overall quality of data in the institution.

Job Requirement

_ At the final year of masters or PhD in Data Science/Data Analytics/Statistics/Computer Science
_ Strong interest for emerging countries and economic development
_ English proficiency in both written and verbal communications
_ Ability to apply statistical methods to analyze business data and visualize results of data insighting
_ Ability to think creatively about research problems and invent original solutions to modeling challenges
_ Proficiency with R or Python is required; excellent command of excel
_ Strong analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
