Job Description
| 1. Cleans and maintains in order the Food and Beverage areas and equipment. 2. Transports and sorts Food and Beverage containers and garbage 3. Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, comment and other relevant information. 4. Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships. 5. Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled. 6. Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled. 7. Prepares in advance the equipment needed for the service. 8. Cleans and re-sets his working area. 9. Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to: a. House Rules and Regulation b. Health and Safety c. Grooming d. Quality e. Hygiene and Cleanliness 10. Perform related duties and special projects as assigned |
