Job Description
1. Produces food of high quality according to the standard recipes. 2. Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests. 3. Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comment and other relevant information. 4. Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships. 5. Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled. 6. Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled. 7. Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service. 8. Cleans and re-sets his/her working area. 9. Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to: a. House Rules and Regulation b. Health and Safety c. Grooming d. Quality e. Hygiene and Cleanliness |
