Job Description
| 1.To work closely with Design Manager for preparation and delivery of design pitch & presentations; 2. Work with interior design team to develop design solutions; 3. Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences; 4. Establishes project timelines and coordinates work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary; 5. Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds. 6. Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients 7. Familiar with Interior Design Materials available in Cambodia. 8. Interface with clients to ensure a smooth project delivery from inception to closure; 9. Participates in regular networking opportunities and actively develops a client base 10. Compose and coordinate sets of deliverable through all phases of projects; for client review, cost estimation, and permit requirements per local jurisdiction 11. Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills. 12. Can produce BOQ |
