Job Description

- Perform tasks assigned by M.E.P Design Manager / Head of Technical Department.
- Preparing of concept, schematic, design development, tender drawings and construction drawings.
- Preparing of technical specification, material specification for design project.
- Liaise with internal or external design architectural, interior, structural design team.
- Ensure the drawings, technical specification, material list is reviewed and checked by him/herself or team members before external submission.
- Ensure all design calculation are correspondent to local code requirement or international standard.
- Preparing shop drawings, method statements.
- Assist documents and drawings submission to the Client or Consultant.
- Preparing Bill of Quantities and cost estimation for M.E.P works.
- Assist bidding team for tender/bidding including reviewing received tender drawings, documents, technical specification, Consultant/Client’s requirement, tender inquiry, Sub-Contractor/supplier’s inquiry.
- Preparing daily work record and monitoring of involved project and subordinates.
- Undertake site visit and inspection if required.
- Liaise with construction team for site inspection if required.
