Job Description
| Responsibilities: As Interior Quantity Surveyor, your role is to assess, and check material quantities involved in interior works and furniture. This includes flooring, painting, wall and ceiling cladding, built-in and loose furniture, lighting, etc. •Prepare detailed cost estimate for interior works based on drawings and material lists •Ensure to get approval from clients for material change or specification change •Review project specifications against drawings to confirm there is no conflicting information •Check Tender documents ensuring that all technical specifications and drawings are included •Price all interior design elements including but not limited to: flooring, painting, wall and ceiling cladding, built-in and loose furniture, lighting, etc. •Source suitable vendors and sub-contractors for projects with specific capacity and capability •Evaluate, validate and process sub-contractor invoices against works performed for payment •Prepare, update and submit progress claim reports weekly/monthly. •Liaise with Site Supervisors to ensure that works are performed in compliance with contract requirement. •Liaise with external consultants and clients as needed •Other tasks assigned by Site & QS Manager |
Job Requirement
