Job Description
| The device product manager has the overall responsibility of leading and managing the development of product and marketing plans for device launches and acquisition to drive service revenue. Furthermore, this person has to take lead in the development of the customer experience of different devices in retail shops with the aim to exceed customer expectations in the store. - Deliver device and accessories related KPIs which includes ranging, revenue, acquisition, minimizing obsolescence and write-offs. - Develop partnerships with distributors and manufacturers to ensure an ample range of smartphones that cater to the needs of each customer segments - Develop partnerships programs with Cambodia’s top device manufacturers to bundle Smart Axiata’s services in the device open channels. - Maximize launch impact by coordinating and manage device go-to-market plans by working closely with the marketing team. |
Job Requirement
| - Any related bachelor’s Degree - Excellent interpersonal skills - At least 5 years of relevant working experience - Device Management experience in Telecom industry is an advantage - Strong computer skills (Microsoft office) - Fluently in English and Khmer both writing and speaking - Strong passion for devices is an advantage |
