Job Description
➢ Lead IT strategy and operational processes to align with MJQE’s business strategy to achieve overall MJQE’s goal by fostering innovation.
➢ Prioritize the IT initiatives and coordinate the evaluation and deployment of existing and new IT system, tools and process.
➢ Analyze the technology infrastructure and its alignment with business strategy.
➢ Develop and maintain appropriate IT structure to ensure a sustainable response to current and future business needs.
➢ Ongoing risk assessment and course correction on current and future IT systems and infrastructure.
➢ Assess and make suggestion on improvement or re-engineering of IT policies, process, infrastructure, security and other aspects of the IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
➢ Supervise recruitment, retention and development of staff to meet MJQE’s current and futureneeds.
➢ Develop and implement an audit trail process which regularly monitors access to the application and source code and the accuracy of the data, and provide regular report of findings to IT security and management.
➢ Establish or review IT policies and procedure including but not limited to Service Level Agreements with end users, Key Risk Indicators of each IT systems in use, Business Continuity Planning and System security.
➢ Ensure that backup and recovery plan for database, application, and reporting systems are in place
➢ Define possible risks within IT environment, recommend and coordinate with IT security and risk department to apply preventative plan
➢ Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for network, system, and software
➢ Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity
➢ Performs others and responsibilities as required
Job Requirement
| ➢ At least 6 years of experience in IT or a related field. ➢ Substantial experience in the management of data process, hardware platforms, infrastructure and security ➢ Proven leadership ability ➢ Proven ability to set the priority of initiative to align with business need. ➢ Excellent communication skills ➢ Honesty, excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills and attention to detail ➢ Ability to apply IT solutions to business challenges in a cost-effective manner ➢ Ability to manage teams ➢ Meticulous approach to analysis, evaluation and problem solving ➢ Staff supervision, training/coaching ➢ Good written and spoken English |
