Job Description
** Overall Purpose of the Role: To review and follow up the report and working papers of network and system team to ensure high quality IT operation, policy, and procedure and complete IT tracking working papers. ** Scope of Work Manage and supervise all network infrastructure and systems responsibilities of the company, including: - Provide infrastructure services vision, enable innovation and leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the business’s requirements and expectations. - Provide leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance. Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to continually improve the performance of IT operations. - Analyze technology trends and develop infrastructure strategy, architecture, and delivery processes designed for agility and cost effectiveness. - Ensure comprehensive disaster recovery architecture is maintained and operations are in place to ensure compliance with internal audits and external audits during business continuity events (emphasizing but not limited to storage area networks and redundant, highly-available server and network architecture). - Conduct regular preventative maintenance and manage the Network Operation Center team to monitor System Performance, Network Traffic, and Security to prevent system downtime and any possible attacks. - Serve as a liaison between other technical staff, management, users, and vendors regarding service request, usage, standards, security, and other technical matters. - Collaborate on, or lead IT infrastructure projects through to successful implementation and hand over to operation support. - Develop standard documentation and roll out for communication systems, server and workstation, network, storage, software, and other computer related systems. - Maintain and update the documents related to IT infrastructure including but not limited to Server Installation Document, Inventory, Network Diagram, etc. - Define possible risk within IT Infrastructure environment, recommend and coordinate with IT Security to apply preventative plan. - Developing and coordinating the training program on IT infrastructure related. - Monitoring of IT operation/ spot follow up over the IT technical activities and performance. - Provide training to staff and ensure that IT staff is staying up-to-date of the developments of the institution and help staff to achieve their career plan. - Actively involved in discussion of IT issue and its status, provide feedback on effectiveness of post- IT corrections process and give recommendation for changes. - Other tasks assigned by Head of IT. |
Job Requirement
EDUCATION: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - At least 7 years of network and server experience - Certified CCNA, MCSE are preferred - Experience in Network and Server in Microfinance or Banking sector is preferred - Good analysis and troubleshooting system and configuration of switch and Firewall. - Knowledge in setup large scale network with many branches - Experienced in VMware - Honesty, excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills and attention to detail - Ability to apply IT solutions to business challenges in a cost-effective manner - Ability to manage teams - Meticulous approach to analysis, evaluation and problem solving - Staff supervision, training/coaching - Good written and spoken English |
