Job Description

 Moderation 

– this is key prioritized duty 

- Able to moderate different methodologies e.g. focus groups, in-depth interviews, in-home visits, ethnography interviews etc. 

- Able to debrief with team and clients after moderation 

- Project management: be able to handle and manage projects i.e. briefing fieldwork, managing fieldwork and quality control, managing internal logistics 

- Analysis and reporting 

– do analysis and deliver full report with other team members’ and manager’s support 

- Presentation 

- attend and contribute to presentations (i.e. report presentation, client meeting presentation etc.)

Job Requirement

- Good moderation skills 

– priority for much experience across categories (FMCG, education, health etc.) and target audience (young-old, males-female, working-housewives, professionals, specialist etc.) 

- Friendly, open 

– willing to and interested in talking with people to explore and understand about them 

-Able and/ or willing to talk to different people (young-old, males-female, working-housewives, professionals, specialist etc.) 

- Interested in and open to working on and learning about different categories in the market e.g. FMCG (food, beverage, home care, personal care), health, education etc.  

-Good English skills 

– esp. fluent speaking and writing 

- Good command of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

- Able to work under pressure 

– multitasking, good time management 

- Like traveling 

– regular business traveling esp. between HCMC and Hanoi, willing to learn about lifestyles, languages in different locations in Vietnam 

- Team-work spirit 

- Helpful, good predisposition, responsive
