Job Description

1. Marketing and Sales Management 

a. Ensure the leasing of stores, food courts, playground and other free space 

b. Develop marketing and PR plan for the market in order to increase the business activities in the market 

c. Oversee and verify all leasing documents such as agreements, amendments, renewals, termination, and other important documents to make sure that they are organized, up-to-date, and secured 

2. Financial Management 

a. Ensure that all rental fees are on time and accurately collected in accordance with the market’s rental fee policy 

b. Manage petty cash 

c. Prepare budget plan for operational and financial expense in order to ensure operational efficiency and profitability of the market 

3. Administration and HR Management 

a. Develop operational policies and workflow in order to carry out the tasks productively, consistently, and efficiently, and finally support the market operation

 b. Ensure that the company property is well-maintained and in good condition 

c. Ensure the public order and cleanliness for the guests’ satisfaction 

d. Establish the rapport with the local authority to guarantee the safety inside and around the market 

e. Effectively control and lead Admin and Bookkeeping, Leasing and Marketing, Maintenance, Security, and Cleaning team in order to ensure the smooth running of the market 

4. Customer Service Management 

a. Maintain strong and vigorous relationship with all store vendors and deal with day-to-day complaints/problems arising in accordance to the Market’s Policy and Procedure 

5. Other tasks assigned by the management teams

Job Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Management, Finance, or other relevant fields; 

- Possess operational experience in Banking, markets, or other shops; 

- Strong management and leadership skills; 

- Be a profit driven while maintain the balance between customer satisfaction and spending; 

- Strong communication skills; 

- Fast learner.
