Job Description

• Support the sales and marketing team in daily administrative tasks 

• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and website) 

• Help execute and organize marketing and branding events 

• Prepare promotional presentations and help distribute marketing materials 

• Assist in calling to new clients for new business opportunities 

• Proactively assist in organizing face-to-face meeting with client 

• Assist on market analysis and research on competition 

• Assist in collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns when required 

• Manage and update customer relationship management systems 

• Learn what it takes to establish long-term business partnerships 

• Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree fresh graduated or University student of any fields. 

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices 

• Proficiency in English 

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills 

• Customer service focus
