Job Description
-Management of the events and projects, including keeping events to budget.
-Implement the project planning process and ensure strategic plan objectives are cascaded into appropriate Departments and individuals.
-Assist with the development of, and implement company's events.
-Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the current and new event and project implementation plans and knowledge.
-Facilitate and participate the development of policies and processes to support the implementation of new and existing company event’s.
-Undertake research and analysis to understand implications for company's project strategy planning, and make appropriate recommendations to Management. -Develop company's current processes and systems (of events, HR, Admin etc.) and other processes and systems as required.
- Work collaboratively / coordinate collaboration with relevant Departments.
-Assist to recruit, train, monitor, evaluate, and manage poor performance.
-Provide counseling, & coaching sessions and recommend training to staff with poor performance.
-Motivate and provide appropriate thinking and perspective to THF team.
-Responsible and flexible to other tasks as assigned by THF Management.
-Verify and combine daily reports from each Department and send to Managing Director.
-Daily reporting directly to Managing Director.
-Domestic and international travel for supporting company’s events, and as assigned by Managing
Job Requirement
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Sales, and Marketing, or related fields.
-Minimum 2 years’ experiences as a Manager in Business.
-Excellent English (listening, speaking and writing).
-Demonstrated knowledge of strategy development.
-Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management and Projects Development.
-Knowledge and experience of management of continuous improvement, including identification and implementation of process change.
-Organisational, leadership and time management skills.
-High degree of self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills.
-Attention to details and accuracy.
-Honest, reliable, accountable and a responsible person.
