Job Description
- To improve sales representatives effectiveness by field coaching on sales process; executing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives
- To identify skill gap on sales team in performing their task, and propose module/development activity according to them.
- To execute training needs for sales representatives; developing outcome improvement resources
- To improves sales effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; pro-actively involved in projects for setting up sales business process; integrating support with routine job functions
- To updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional; product application; publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Job Requirement
- Bachelor in Business or Communication
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Sales and Marketing and or People Development
- Microsoft Office programs especial EXCEL program - English, Thai, Khmer very good
- Other task assign by manager
