Job Description
•Responsibility for directs sales.
•Assist to setting up marketing strategies
•Maintain contact and build strong relationships with owner properties and customers
•Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits
•Call, meet prospective clients to present
•Communicate with potential clients with various methods
•Update information for posting on website
•Follow up and update customer relationship report
•Understand customer’s requirement properly
•Prepare daily and weekly sales report to the management
Job Requirement
•Bachelor in Marketing &Communications or Relevant filed
•At least 2 years working experience in sale and leasing
•Good communication skill and setting up the appointment
•Enjoy meeting people with warm and outgoing personality
•Ability to work under pressure
•Be flexible, teamwork, influencing and negotiation
•Be patient, hardworking, honestly, independent and flexible, integrities and strong commitment.
•Good written, spoken Chinese and English is advantage.
•Knowledge in MS. Office ( Word, Excel and Email )
