Job Description
Welcome customers
- Ensure that all services provided are satisfied by customers both loan disbursement and loan repayment.
- Ensure that all customer complaint is solved promptly and quality
- Ensure that all cash receipt and cash disbursement were counted and clearly recorded.
- Reconcile cash balance with daily transactions
- Daily cash count
- Ensure that all related documents are properly filing.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree of business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and banking or related fields
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related fields
- Good understanding basic accounting principle and procedure
- Understanding computer skills, word excel, power point, internet and email
- Understanding and practice of other core-banking system is favorable.
- Be proficient and intelligent in solving problems
- Good speaking and writing English.
