Job Description
Review the claims documents submitted by the clients and prepare them in order for further review by the Senior Claims Officer;
- Register the claim in the IMS;
- Communicate with the Account handlers, Agents, Brokers, or clients to get further information and documents;
- Make payment request for clients and third party;
- Draft the correspondences to clients;
- Negotiate the price with the suppliers; and
- Perform other administrative work, if required.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in Law or any related fields;
- Have at least 1-year experiences in claims handling or any other related fields;
- Have good knowledge of nature of insurance business;
- Be a fast learner and eager to learn new things;
- Have good command in English and Chinese/another language
- Good negotiation and inter-personal skills;
- Be a detail-oriented person;
- Good communication skills;
