Job Description

 -Make sure the quality of customer service reaches the standard service of company.
-Lead and manage SC team effectively.
-Receives booking from customer by phone call, and recording in the system.
-Provide daily communication on calls are answered timely;
-Check the pending shipment, then contacting to customers and the provinces staff to
solve that pending shipment.
-Ensure the customer’s complains will be solved properly.
-Make a good relationship between company and customers.
-Send Report POD (Proof of Delivery) to all credit customers.
-Follow up picking up shipment with dispatch team and courier;
-Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

A University Degree in related field
-Having three year experience related to customer services
-Ability to speak and listen in English
-Good computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Neat, Accurate and methodical in work
-Good team work
-Willingness to work hard
-Confidence in giving advice and information to other
-Must be helpful and polite
