Job Description

  Job Description:
- Make service to customer satisfaction, have schedule 
technical to install product to customer, delivery on 
time, and solve all customer call by phone
 - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve 
satisfaction.
- Communication with team sale and warehouse for production.
- Device schedule distribute with warehouse to customer
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions.
- Process customer accounts and file documents.
- Hand over the customers professionally to the sales team 
- Check distribute to customer on times
- Follow up with warehouse for distribution 
- Update existing customer complaint information. 
- Document all call information according to standard 
operating procedures. 
- To conduct other jobs as assigned by Supervisor. 

Job Requirement

Requirements 
- Able to speak fluent Khmer, good English and Chinese is 
a plus. 
- Business administrative or equivalent level 
- Operational experience especially in Customer Relation 
or Public Relation 
- Have excellent communication skills, as well as an 
aptitude and great attitude to lean and develop 
- Good command in communicating in English
- Able to typing in Khmer.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to working on time.
- Able to working under pressure.
- Hard working, Self-commitment and Responsible.
