Job Description
• To welcome customer in showroom;
• To hand over the customers professionally to the sales team;
• To inspect showroom and amenity in good order prior to opening. Check drinks and snack stocks and report to accountant/purchaser to make refill order;
• To handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email and hand over to the right department;
• To prepare daily report about customer call-in and walk-in;
• To call out all customer involved Sales & Service and hand over to the right department;
• To follow up existing customer to maintenance service;
• To update existing customer complaint information;
• To document all call information according to standard operating procedures;
• To fill in Data into system and updated;
• To fill in customer survey form and report to head of department/General Manager;
• To conduct other jobs as assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
| • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing; • Have at least 1 years of experience in sales in automotive industry; • Have good computer skills, MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics; • Strong in communication skills; • Strong commitment in welcoming the customer; • Have good communication in English and Chinese is a plus. |
